Please note that there may be occasions when a booked room is required for another event. Whenever possible an alternative room will be provided.

Community and charity rates apply to bookings from recognised charities and local community groups where no profits are made. Standard rates apply to all the other organisations.

Main Hall

The magnificent Main Hall is the ideal venue for larger events.  The Hall is licensed for 300 people with seating for 240 theatre style or up to 220 at tables.  The building benefits from a public address system and an induction loop in the Main Hall, Meeting Room and Reception area.  Free WiFi is available throughout.

With a large permanent stage which can be extended by our portable staging and state of the art sound and lighting systems (full specifications on request), the Hall is suitable for staging theatre productions, concerts, dances, conferences, wedding receptions, celebration parties, and much more. Directly behind the stage is the Green Room, which makes an ideal dressing/changing room with its own shower and toilet facilities.

The Hall already has bookings for Craft Fairs, Charity Auctions, Christmas Bazaars, Conferences, Bingo Nights, Dance and Yoga Classes.  We are very keen to make the most of our wonderful facilities and welcome enquiries from anyone who thinks the venue may be suitable for their event.

The Hall has connecting doors to the large The Sunlounge which can seat 80 people and can be used as buffet/dining area or just as extra space for stalls and exhibitions. The Sunlounge  has  direct access and a serving hatch to the kitchen. Outside caterers are welcome to make use of our well equipped kitchen, or for smaller functions we can provide our own in-house catering.  Hirers are welcome to use the kitchen to serve teas and coffees at their events.  Use of the kitchen is free for community activities, but there will be a charge for other events.

The Hall has a Licence to sell Alcohol. Please ask for further details.

Community use for The Hall is £18.00 per hour. Hourly rate for commercial use is £20. Other events are charged by arrangement depending on the nature and size of the function.

 

 

Brookside Suite

A light & airy room with a  tranquil stream running close by, ideal for holding relaxing classes and quiet meetings.  The room measures 10m x 7m, with a small kitchen area and separate restroom housing a child size & adult size toilets.  This room can have independent access from the rest of the building. White board & audio plug in ceiling speakers.

Seating for up to 45 people. (theatre style)

This room is available for hire at £12.00 per hour for community use and £15.00 for commercial activities – regular classes priced by negotiation depending on size of class

Green Room

Green Room  – behind the stage. Designed primarily as a dressing room for theatre productions and concerts, this room has an en suite shower and toilet with a large sink.  Although this is our smallest room approximately 9m by 4m, it is suitable for a variety of activities, such as small meetings, craft classes and teaching.  Please note this room is not wheelchair accessible due to a short flight of stairs.

Available for hire at £9.00 per hour for community use, & £11.00 per hour for commercial activities.  There is no charge for this room when booking the Main Hall for concerts or theatre performances.

It is an ideal room for small meetings or consultations.

Tea Room

The Regency Hall has a small tea room in the foyer where you can enjoy a chat whilst enjoying; tea, coffee, soft drinks, a range of light snacks and homemade cakes.  We are committed to using fair trade and local produce wherever possible in our food preparation. 

Open during office hours 9.30am – 5.00p Monday – Thursday. 

Library

Saundersfoot Library is situated within the Regency Hall building.

The Sunlounge

A light and airy room measuring 15m x 5m which can seat up to 80 people in theatre style or can be set out with tables to meet the user’s requirement.  Suitable for film shows and presentations with multi-media suite including VGA HDMI projector, retractable screen, surround sound system and microphone. This room has a separate entrances to the foyer and inter connecting doors to the Main Hall, and double doors to the side of the building.  There is a doorway and serving hatch into the kitchen.  The space is versatile as it can increase the size of the Main Hall for events such as craft fairs, or as a dining room/breakout room for conferences, weddings and parties.

This room is available for hire for £13.50 per hour community use including kitchen.
Commercial rate is £16.00 per hour and full use of kitchen is an additional £20 per day, multi media suite additional charge, please enquire for further details
